Margarita Nuller
Margarita Nuller is a graduate of the St. Petersburg Conservatory in Russia. Since her arrival in the United States in 1990, she has performed extensively as a soloist and chamber musician. Ms. Nuller made her critically acclaimed debut recital at Weill Hall at Carnegie Hall in New York City as a winner of the Artist International Auditions. She has performed as a soloist with orchestras including the Classica Orchestra and the Moussorgsky Orchestra in St. Petersburg, Russia; the Danbury Symphony in Connecticut; the Chamber Orchestra of Puerto Rico; and the Northern Arkansas Symphony.
In addition to her orchestral performances, Ms. Nuller has given numerous solo recitals in the United States, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, and Russia. She is also an active chamber musician, regularly collaborating with other musicians in a variety of ensembles. Ms. Nuller maintains a long-standing duo partnership with cellist Adam Grabois.
Ms. Nuller has been on the faculty of the University of Hartford (CT), the Moussorgsky College of Music (Russia), and the Connecticut Conservatory in New Milford, CT. Currently, she is on the faculty at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, and the Kent School, and she also maintains a private piano studio in New Fairfield, CT. She is a member of the MTNA and is a frequent adjudicator at student auditions.
