  2. Non-refundable application fee of $50 paid by:
  3. Release of Liability form (print, sign and email to musicalnetworksllc@gmail.com or mail to the above address).
    RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM
  4. Recorded audition (email the link to your video to musicalnetworksllc@gmail.com for chamber music placement).
    Recordings do not need to be of professional quality. A video of 3–8 minutes of music is sufficient. Optional for returning students.

Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
